Deloitte Fights SEC Bid To Reopen China Audit Case

Law360, Los Angeles (January 8, 2013, 5:56 PM EST) -- Global audit firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. urged a Washington federal judge on Monday to toss a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission request to reopen a case demanding documents from Deloitte's audit of a Chinese technology company, saying the SEC needs to first resolve a broader fight with the Big Four accounting firms.
