Toyota Escapes $2.5M Verdict In Rollover Crash Suit

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- Setting aside a $2.45 million verdict, a Florida federal judge ruled Friday that a paralyzed woman's lawsuit against Toyota Motor Corp. over a rollover accident was time-barred because she failed to show the automaker knew about an allegedly defective roof design.
