Howrey Creditor Defends Bid To Bring Alter Ego Claims

Law360, New York (January 8, 2013, 7:02 PM EST) -- An attorney for a Howrey LLP unsecured creditor on Monday blasted the Chapter 11 trustee's bid to stop a proposed class action targeting hundreds of equity security holders of the defunct law firm, saying the creditor has the right to file alter ego claims.
