UAE Energy Co. Grabs 50% Stake In Minn. Wind Farm

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 2:46 PM EST) -- Abu Dhabi National Energy Co., known as TAQA, is scooping up a 50 percent share of a 205.5-megawatt wind power project in Minnesota, adding to its North American operations as it looks to diversify globally and better establish itself in the wind marketplace, the United Arab Emirates company said Wednesday.
