States Remain Unsure Of Clout In Health Exchange Alliances

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 8:36 PM EST) -- New details on the federal government's vision for state-federal health insurance exchange partnerships signal that states will retain some power to regulate participating health insurers, but experts say they still don't know exactly how much deference states will get.
