Obama To Nominate Lew For Treasury Secretary

Law360, New York (January 9, 2013, 6:43 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama is reportedly set to name current White House Chief of Staff Jacob “Jack” Lew as his choice to take over for Timothy Geithner as the next Treasury secretary.

Lew, if confirmed by the U.S. Senate, will be charged with navigating tough fights over raising the federal debt limit and other steep fiscal challenges.
