Hospital Supply Antitrust Suit Flatlines On Appeal

Law360 (November 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has refused to resuscitate a medical supplier’s antitrust suit against a wide range of companies, including Novation LLC, U.S. Bancorp NA and Neoforma Inc., for an alleged conspiracy to shut other companies out of the hospital supply market.
