Revstone Creditors Get OK To Investigate Chairman

Law360, Wilmington (January 9, 2013, 5:32 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Wednesday permitted creditors of Revstone Industries LLC to launch an investigation of the manufacturer’s founder and chairman over suspicions that he may be using personal trusts to shield company assets from creditors.

At a court hearing in Wilmington, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Brendan L. Shannon cleared Revstone’s official committee of unsecured creditors to depose Chairman George Hofmeister and ordered the executive to turn over a slew of documents.
