India Mulls Data Exclusivity For Drug Patents

India’s industry ministry, which had rejected the industry’s demand for data exclusivity, is now reported to be studying various options to meet the demand, according to the Financial Express.

A committee headed by the secretary of the department of chemicals and petrochemicals is examining the issue, according to the newspaper.
