Senate Energy Chairman Rips DOE LNG Export Study

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 2:20 PM EST) -- The chairman of the U.S. Senate Energy & Commerce Committee on Thursday criticized the U.S. Energy Department's recently released study recommending the wider export of liquefied natural gas as "seriously flawed" and urged the agency to revise it before approving any LNG export projects.
