Wal-Mart CEO Knew Of Bribery Claims In 2005, Lawmakers Say

CEO Mike Duke knew as early as 2005 about bribery allegations at the retail giant’s Mexican unit, according to emails U.S. House of Representatives lawmakers released Thursday that appeared to contradict earlier company statements regarding when Wal-Mart executives learned of the claims.
