Court Allows Atty Fees For Fla. Portion Of Airplane Dispute

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 6:47 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Diamond Aircraft Industries Inc. can collect attorneys' fees from Arizona resident Alan Horowitch under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for the portion of Horowitch's case up until a federal court ruled that Arizona law and not Florida law applied to his claims.
