Dem Says Taxes May Have Spurred Shell To Move Oil Rig

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 7:47 PM EST) -- A top House Democrat grilled Royal Dutch Shell PLC on Thursday over its attempt to move an offshore oil rig that ran aground last month out of Alaskan waters, saying the company might have been motivated by a desire to dodge $6 million in taxes.
