Ford Evades Fire Evidence In Va. Wrongful Death Suit

Law360, New York (January 10, 2013, 7:34 PM EST) -- The Virginia Supreme Court in a 4-3 decision on Thursday refused to allow the father of a 3-year-old girl who burned to death in a Ford Motor Co. Windstar minivan to introduce evidence of other vehicle fires, concluding that he cannot show they were caused by similar defects.
