Atty Loses Appeal To Enforce $1M Bus Accident Deal

Law360, New York (January 11, 2013, 4:17 PM EST) -- A New York attorney on Thursday lost his bid to enforce a $1 million judgment in favor of a former client who was hit by a bus, after a state appeals court ruled the deal wasn’t officially accepted before the victim switched attorneys to pursue a larger settlement.
