Pa. DEP Blasts Report That It Lost $300M In Fracking Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (January 11, 2013, 5:39 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection on Friday lashed out at a report by a group of Canadian researchers claiming the state had failed to collect some $300 million in fees from natural gas drillers in 2012 by omitting upwards of 25,000 fracking wells from state rolls.
