Federal Circuit Backs ITC Power Integrations Ruling

Law360 (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has backed the U.S. International Trade Commission’s finding that Taiwan’s System General Corp. trampled Power Integrations Inc.’s patents for integrated circuits.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the ITC’s 2006 ruling on claims in favor of the American power conversion company’s patents.
