What To Consider Before Transition To 1st-To-File

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 12:53 PM EST) -- On March 16, 2013, the “first inventor to file” (FITF) provisions of the America Invents Act go into effect and the United States patent system will transition from a “first to invent” system to a FITF system.
