Zipper Makers Hit With Suit Over Worldwide Cartel

Law360, New York (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two months after being hit by over €300 million in fines in the European Union, several of the world’s largest haberdashery product manufacturers are now facing a proposed class action lawsuit in the United States over their alleged participation in illegal cartels.
