High Court Should Uphold Election Funding Ban, US Says

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- The federal government on Wednesday urged the U.S. Supreme Court not to take up two investment bankers' challenges to their indictments for unlawful direct corporate election contributions, arguing the court’s landmark Citizens United decision did not make the payments legal.
