Privacy Watchdog Probes Canadian Agency After 2nd Breach

Law360, New York (January 14, 2013, 8:41 PM EST) -- The Canadian privacy regulator on Friday launched a probe into a government benefits agency's loss of a hard drive that contained the personal information of more than half a million employees and student loan program participants, a loss that marked the second breach at the department in less than a month.
