6th Circ. Asked To Revive Suits Alleging Generic Reglan Harm

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 4:20 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs who claim they were harmed by a generic version of digestion medication Reglan told the Sixth Circuit on Friday that Pfizer Inc. and other brand name and generic manufacturers of the drug should be held liable, requesting that the court resurrect their seven lawsuits.
