Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 9:43 PM EST) -- A U.S. Patent and Trademark Office board correctly held that Levi Strauss & Co.'s challenge to Abercrombie & Fitch Trading Co.'s bid to register a stitching design was barred because of an unsuccessful trademark case Levi Strauss filed in 2007, Abercrombie told the Federal Circuit on Monday.
