Ariz. Will Expand Medicaid, Despite Gov.'s ACA Resistance

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 2:27 PM EST) -- Arizona on Monday became the latest state to opt in to the expansion of its Medicaid program under the Affordable Care Act, despite Gov. Jan Brewer's opposition to the health care reform law and her refusal to set up insurance exchanges mandated by the law.
