Patheon Says JV Partner Can’t Sue Over $255M Acquisition

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 7:56 PM EST) -- Patheon Inc. on Monday urged a Florida federal court to toss a challenge to the company's $255 million acquisition of a pharmaceutical company, saying joint venture partner Procaps SA, which had lodged the antitrust suit, would benefit from the deal's alleged anti-competitive impacts.
