Idemitsu-Led Group To Build $9B Refinery In Vietnam

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 3:33 PM EST) -- Japanese energy company Idemitsu Kosan Co. Ltd. and its partners in a $9 billion refinery project in Vietnam have reached a preliminary deal with an international consortium of Asian and Middle Eastern firms to construct the refinery by 2016, Idemitsu said Tuesday.
