Ky. Judge Doubts CGL Coverage For Oil Co.'s Cleanup

Law360, New York (January 15, 2013, 3:38 PM EST) -- A federal judge in Kentucky said Friday that a pollution exclusion in Hardy Oil Co. Inc.'s commercial general liability policy would block coverage for an extensive fuel contamination cleanup, but gave defendant Wells Fargo Insurance-Indiana a chance to fight that determination.
