Pa. DEP Rescinds Fracking Water Byproduct Permit

Law360, Philadelphia (January 15, 2013, 5:07 PM EST) -- In a memo to an state administrative law judge last week, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection said it was rescinding a permit issued to Integrated Water Technologies Inc. for processing a byproduct from water used in fracking following an appeal by environmentalists.
