LA To Proceed With Court Closures Amid Budget Woes

Jerry Brown’s budget proposal to transfer $200 million from the California judiciary’s construction fund to support court operations, the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed Friday that it will be forced to move forward with a plan to close 10 courthouses by the end of June.
