Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 3:39 PM EST) -- A Republican lawmaker appointed Tuesday as chairman of a House Ways and Means subcommittee said he would use his new role to spearhead a fight against the Affordable Care Act, promising to push for the repeal of several measures of the reform law.
