AMD Says Ex-Employees Took Trade Secrets To Nvidia

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 4:17 PM EST) -- Advanced Micro Devices Inc. on Monday accused four former employees of stealing a trove of confidential computer files when they jumped ship for computer graphics rival Nvidia Corp.

Simultaneously Monday, the company sought and won an ex parte temporary restraining order against the employees, barring them from using or divulging any of the information, or from soliciting current AMD employees.
