Miss. Gov. Can't Block Health Insurance Exchange, AG Says

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 5:33 PM EST) -- Mississippi's insurance commissioner has the legal authority to unilaterally implement a health insurance exchange over the objections of the state's governor, the state Attorney General's Office said Tuesday.
