NuAire, Merrill Agree To Drop Incubator Recall Fight

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 6:09 PM EST) -- Lab equipment maker NuAire Inc. on Tuesday ended its suit accusing Merrill Manufacturing Corp. of reneging on a contract by selling faulty parts for use in NuAire lab culture incubators and triggering a $1.8 million recall, with the companies saying they'd reached a confidential settlement.
