Thyssen Mine Collapse Suit Revived On 10th Circ.'s Order

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 7:13 PM EST) -- A New Mexico federal judge on Wednesday reluctantly complied with a Tenth Circuit order to reinstate a mining collapse negligence case brought by insurers, saying she could find no precedent for the appeals court's finding that a statute of limitations defense could cause a forum to become inadequate.
