Ex-Legal & General Trader To Admit To Insider Trading

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 8:21 PM EST) -- The U.K.'s Financial Services Authority confirmed Thursday that a former Legal & General Group PLC equities sales trader planned to plead guilty to insider trading as part of a sprawling investigation that led to the arrests of traders from major banks.

Paul Milsom, 45, told a judge at Westminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday that he would plead guilty to one count of insider trading, according to the Financial Times.
