Wyeth Loses Bid To Toss Failure-To-Warn Claims

Law360, New York (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has denied a request by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. to dismiss the failure-to-warn claims in a lawsuit alleging the company's hormone replacement drugs Prempro and Premarin cause breast cancer.

In an order issued Wednesday, Judge William R. Wilson Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas denied the motion for summary judgment and said that only Dr. Suzanne Parisian will be able to testify on the matter.
