Insurer Tells 7th Circ. It Owes Firm No Coverage In RE Row

Law360, Chicago (January 17, 2013, 4:31 PM EST) -- The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Co. told the Seventh Circuit on Thursday that it owes no coverage to Koransky Bouwer & Poracky PC for a professional liability claim stemming from the law firm's work on real estate transactions, while the firm fought to have the case revived.
