Judge Dismisses Suit Over Ky. Price-Gouging Law

Law360, New York (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Marathon Oil Corp.'s countersuit asserting that a Kentucky anti-price-gouging law is unconstitutional has been tossed out of federal court. Kentucky’s $89 million enforcement action accusing Marathon of raising gas prices after Hurricane Katrina is now the sole battlefield for the dispute between the parties.
