High Court Declines To Hear Patent Correction Case

Law360 (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A long-running dispute over the patents for a chemical solution used in heart surgery will finally draw to a close, after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the case.

The Court on Monday declined to grant certiorari to a petition filed by Central Admixture Pharmacy Services Inc., the plaintiff in a patent infringement lawsuit filed in August 2000 against rival pharmacy service company Advanced Cardiac Solutions PC.
