Boastful Atty Loses Appeal In $78M Kasowitz Firing Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 3:31 PM EST) -- A former Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP associate can't sue the firm for $78 million for allegedly firing him after he bragged about his "superior legal mind" because he signed a release when he left, a New York state appeals court panel ruled Tuesday.
