Pa. DEP Chief Slams Report Critical Of Frack Well Inventory

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 5:52 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Mike Krancer on Tuesday blasted a recent report by a group of researchers claiming the state missed out on millions of dollars in new fees charged on drillers using hydraulic fracturing by misclassifying thousands of wells.
