Regulators Drop CSC Backdating Probe

Law360, New York (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal investigation into Computer Sciences Corp.'s options-granting practices has been closed without any action taken, the technology company said Monday.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has notified the information technology services company that it has completed its probe, and “the staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the SEC against CSC,” according to a statement released by CSC late Monday.
