Columbia Gas Defends $657M Infrastructure Improvement Plan

Law360, Philadelphia (January 23, 2013, 4:24 PM EST) -- Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania Inc. defended its $657 million infrastructure improvement plan to the state's Public Utilities Commission on Tuesday, responding to comments made by the Office of Consumer Advocate questioning the benefits of the plan.
