Mendelsohn Drucker Wins Injunction For Unpaid Legal Fees

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 6:12 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge said Wednesday that a South Carolina construction products company must notify Mendelsohn Drucker & Associates PC before it sells assets of more than $10,000, granting the law firm a partial win in its battle to recoup $400,000 in legal fees related to a patent fight.
