McWane Says FTC's Pipe Price-Fixing Claims 'Defy Logic'

Law360, Washington (January 24, 2013, 8:53 PM EST) -- McWane Inc. slammed the Federal Trade Commission's allegations that it colluded with competitors to fix ductile iron pipe fittings prices during impassioned closing arguments on Thursday, saying neither documents nor sworn testimony support the agency's complex, long-running collusion theory.
