Aon Unit, Ex-Employees Settle Trade Secrets Row

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 4:27 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday greenlighted a settlement in a trade secrets and unfair competition row between a unit of risk management and insurance company Aon Corp., three of its former employees and a competitor that hired them.

U.S. District Judge J.
