US Sanctions N. Koreans, Hong Kong Co. Over WMD Ties

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 8:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. said Thursday that it has sanctioned two North Korean bank officials and a Hong Kong company for alleged ties to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, after the United Nations condemned North Korea’s December launch of a long-range rocket.
