Supreme Court Asked To Mull Entergy Power Deal Withdrawal

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 1:46 PM EST) -- The Louisiana Public Service Commission has requested that the U.S. Supreme Court review a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision allowing two Entergy Corp. units to back out of a joint power agreement without penalty, arguing FERC ignored its duty to protect energy customers from an unfair rate hike.
