FTC Pact Strengthens Cord Blood Bank's Data Security

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- Federal Trade Commissioner Maureen Ohlhausen on Monday announced the resolution of a commission action over a cord blood bank's allegedly shoddy data security practices and called on Congress to pass data breach legislation to bridge enforcement gaps.
