Saint-Gobain Sues Manufacturers Over Tubing Patents

Law360, New York (November 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics has rounded up Dow Corning Corp. and five other polymer manufacturers in a suit for allegedly infringing its tubing and connector technology.

Saint-Gobain, the largest polymer processor in the world, accused the group of manufacturers in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Tuesday of making and selling tubing and connector assemblies, including molded union and manifold products, in violation of its two patents.
